Election of Officers and Board members take place on the third (3rd) Thursday of December between the hours of 11AM and 7PM. To be eligible to vote you must be a Life or Active member in good standing. Members must have their membership card with them to vote. Voting takes place in the downstairs Dining Hall. Must be an Active or Life Member in the year to vote.
