Election of Officers and Board members take place on the third (3rd) Thursday of December, between the hours of 11AM and 7PM. To be eligible to vote you must be a Life or Active member in good standing.. Members must have their membership card with them to vote. Voting takes place in the downstairs Dining Hall.
