Election of Officers and Board members take place on the third (3rd) Thursday of December, between the hours of 11AM and 7PM. To be eligible to vote you must be a Life or Active member in good standing..
Members must have their membership card with them to vote. Voting takes place in the downstairs Dining Hall.

Election will be held December 15th  2012 from 11am until 7:00 PM – All ACTIVE & LIFE members may vote.  Voters that have a hard time with steps can vote upstairs.  Voting machine will be located in the Downstairs Banquet Hall for all others.
