    Banquets, Parties, Anniversary's, Rehearsal Dinners, are some of the reasons members can rent the Downstairs Dining Hall.
    This room can accommodate 25 to 90 people comfortably. Room rental is $150..00 for three hours.  Minimum rental is 3 hours!  Gratuity may be added on to bar bill.

Security deposit of $150.00 is required when booking party. Deposit is refunded if party is cancelled five days prior to reserved date. Hall must be rented by a Heights member. Renter must inform club if payment of drinks is a cash bar or tab.
